Sangiovese from 85% to 100%; up to 15% of other grapes, recommended and acknowledged by the administrative department of the area of production.

–  alcohol: 12,5%vol
–  total acidity: 5-6

 

Tasting characteristics

– sight: lively red ruby
– smell:  intense, persistent, with scents of berries
– taste: a wine with personality,with an excellent taste-smell continuance: its sapidity and flavour make it a young and balanced wine.

 

Serving temperature

18 – 20 °C

 

To serve with

it is suitable for the whole meal. Very good with starters like salami or ham and cheeses, first courses, red and white meat.
