Vinification and bottling
It must be made inside the production zone. The Brunello must stay for a period of 2 years in oak to refine, and it must stay for a period of at least 4 months in the bottle before being sold.
From the 1st January of the following year (counting 5 years after the harvesting).
– Alcohol: 14-14,5%vol
– Total acidity: 5 – 5,5
– Sight: Ruby red intense with tendency to granade
– Smell: characteristic and intense
– Taste: dry, pleasant, a bit tanninic, full bodied, harmonious, long aftertaste.
18 – 20 C°.
