In 2000 the winery was expanded to meet the following needs:

– The stocking areas were renovated with increased capacity to 100,000 Hl (Change to US volume standards);

– A modern internal laboratory allows a constant monitoring on the wines quality;

– The installation of a new bottling plant has increased the capacity to almost 13 million bottles annually.

Thanks to these plant improvements, the COLI, SpA winery can be competitive both in large volume retail trade, and for elite wine production with a selected variety coming from the Fattoria’s Pratale and Montignana.
